The Library is a collection of microfilmed technical documentation of immovable cultural heritage. The original plans and drawings are kept in the blueprint libraries of the conservation departments of the Ministry of Culture and related institutions. The physical collection was established in 1979 and comprises about 92,000 material units. In 2003 a computer catalogue of the collection was introduced within the Teuta cultural heritage information system. Since 2005 digital microfilm copies are also added to the catalogue recordings.
